1. General
These Terms & Conditions govern all international courier shipments arranged through our company (“the Carrier”).
By booking, tendering a shipment, or accepting delivery, the customer (“the Shipper”) agrees to these Terms in full.
2. Scope of Service
The Carrier provides pickup, transportation, customs clearance, and delivery of parcels to international destinations.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to customs or local regulations.
3. Prohibited & Restricted Items
The Shipper must not send items prohibited by the destination country’s law or international transport rules, including but not limited to:
- Currency, jewelry, precious stones, or bullion
- Firearms, ammunition, or explosives
- Drugs, narcotics, or psychotropic substances
- Perishables, live animals, or hazardous materials
- Pornographic materials or counterfeit goods
4. Customs Clearance
The Shipper authorizes the Carrier and its agents to act on its behalf for export, import, and customs clearance purposes.
Any customs duties, taxes, or charges assessed at destination must be borne by the consignee.
The Carrier is not responsible for delays caused by customs or security inspections.
5. Packaging & Documentation
All shipments must be securely packed and properly labeled.
The Carrier is not responsible for loss or damage due to inadequate packaging or incorrect documentation.
6. Liability
The Carrier’s liability for loss, damage, or delay is limited to the lesser of:
- The actual value of the contents, or
- USD 100 (or equivalent) per shipment, unless insurance has been purchased.
The Carrier is not liable for delays caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, customs clearance, or transportation delays.
7. Insurance
Insurance is available upon request at an additional charge.
Claims for insured shipments are subject to the insurance provider’s terms.
8. Claims
Claims for loss or damage must be submitted in writing within seven (7) days of delivery, with supporting documents such as the airway bill, invoice, and photographs.
9. Charges & Payment
All shipping charges, surcharges, and applicable taxes must be paid as per the agreed terms.
The Carrier reserves the right to withhold or delay delivery pending full payment.
10. Right of Inspection
The Carrier and relevant authorities reserve the right to inspect any shipment at any time, without prior notice.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of [Your Country/State].
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Your City].
12. Modification
The Carrier may amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on the company’s website.
13. Acceptance
By placing a shipment order, the Shipper confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and acknowledges having read and understood them.
